Terms & Conditions – ‘30Day Return Policy’
If you are not completely satisfied with our products that you have ordered on our website, you are welcome to return the goods to us within a 30 day period, and we will happily refund you the cost of your purchase.
Goods returned must be in a new and re-saleable condition with the original packaging provided. Products that have been tampered with, opened, damaged, or otherwise, will not be credited for a refund. Please note that we do not offer exchanges on product returns. Postage for the return of goods will not be covered by us, unless goods received are considered faulty (as per conditions described below).
Goods that have been received in a faulty or damaged condition, must be reported to us via email within a 2 day period of good received. Upon receiving your fault claim, our team will assess the matter, and advise the best course of action within a 48 hour period.
Faulty goods must not be returned to us unless we have authorised the claim. Faulty goods can be returned via post, which you will need to arrange. Under these circumstances, you will be refunded the cost of the return postage (with a receipt provided).
Goods to be returned must be appropriately packaged and wrapped for protection and delivery. You will not incur a postage cost for faulty goods returned under these circumstances.
Sale, discontinued, or seasonal items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they have been received in a faulty or damaged condition by us.
To return goods, please follow the steps below:
Complete this Returns Form, and return this to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 2 days of receipt of goods;
You will receive a reply from us within 2 working days, with instructions on your return request; Once authority has been given by us, please pack the products safely and return to us to the following address:

Ensure your completed Returns Form is included in the return parcel.
Please retain proof of postage
(receipt) until we have confirmed your refund, so that we can refund your postage costs (for faulty claim only).
